LockKeeper Wealth Partners is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to help deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting financial planning and firm operations. This role works directly with the firm’s founder and offers a clear path to expanded responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

  • maintenance, service requests, and proactive follow-through.
  • Support the financial planning process through data gathering, plan preparation, and client meeting deliverables.
  • Manage custodial and operational workflows across portfolios and the firm’s advisory technology stack.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client records in accordance with advisory compliance standards.
  • Identify process improvements and implement better ways of serving clients.
  • Take on increasing planning and operational responsibilities as your experience grows.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in financial services; wealth management or RIA experience strongly preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 preferred (Series 65 considered in lieu of 7/66).
  • CFP® certification or active progress toward certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with advisor CRM and financial planning software.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Details

Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus bonus and benefits

Location: Brecksville, Ohio (Hybrid – a combination of in-office and remote work.  Client meetings are held in person as needed.)
